The Chaves Knives × Sam Tran The Arison Street brings the distinctive design language of Sam Tran, known online as raven_the_pirate, to the Chaves Collaboration Series. The result pairs Tran’s clean, modern aesthetic with the premium materials and precision construction of the Red Label lineup.

At the center of the design is a compound-ground drop-point blade crafted from Böhler M390. The compound geometry combines multiple grinds across the blade, creating a visually striking profile while balancing slicing performance with additional strength toward the tip. M390 provides excellent edge retention, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.

The Arison Street features an integral titanium handle, machined from a single solid piece of titanium rather than assembled from separate handle scales and a traditional backspacer. This monoblock construction creates a rigid, seamless chassis while giving the knife an exceptionally clean and refined appearance.
