Urban Cutlery and Lifestyle Shoppe's (UCLS) products all come with a brand warranty. When you’re dealing with the top brands in the industry, you can expect some fantastic guarantees as well! Most of our products contain the warranty within the packaging. For information on a particular product’s warranty, you can visit the respective brand’s site.
Returns
At Urban Cutlery and Lifestyle Shoppe (UCLS), we want our clients to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We offer a three-day return period. You may return any purchase from the website for exchange or a refund of the purchase price less 10% restocking fee for up to 3 days from the date that you received your order provided that the item(s) are in new condition and are complete with all the originally included materials and/or components and packaging.
If the carrier loses your package in transit, a store credit will be issued but this order is not eligible for a refund.
Misdelivery of items are not covered or eligible for a refund and will be handled on a case by case basis.
We must be notified of a return in writing (E-Mail sent to hello@urbancutlery.com is acceptable) within three days of the receipt of the order. The item(s) must be shipped back to UCLS by the fourth day after receipt of the order.
UCLS, in its sole discretion, will make the final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of a return.
Any approved return(s) will have the refund amount returned to the credit card used for purchase or otherwise in the form of original payment.
In the event that a return(s) is rejected, the item will be returned to the buyer via insured shipping and the buyer will be charged $50.00 shipping within the United States. International buyers outside of the United States will be charged $125.00 for insured shipping and will assume all responsibility for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs, and/or customs due. A rejection of a return is at the sole discretion of UCLS and is subject to an item being returned in the exact same mechanical and cosmetic condition it was shipped in.
We do not accept returns on any accessories. All sales on accessories are final.
Customized orders are special orders and are not accepted for return(s).
In our sole discretion, we may accept a return in the event that a item is not as described or advertised. If you feel like you have received an item that is not as described or advertised, please contact us immediately at hello@urbancutlery.com.
