The Chaves Knives × Brad Blount Phase 229 brings a more streamlined profile to the Chaves Collaboration Series, combining Brad Blount’s design language with the premium materials and precision construction associated with the Red Label lineup.

The blade uses a distinctive drop-point profile with strong Wharncliffe influence, creating a long, efficient cutting edge while retaining a capable tip. Made from Böhler M390, it offers excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and edge retention for everyday cutting tasks.

The Phase 229 is built around an integral titanium handle, machined from a single piece of titanium for a clean, seamless construction. This monoblock design eliminates the need for separate handle slabs and a traditional backspacer, resulting in a rigid chassis with a refined, uninterrupted profile.

A magnetic presentation scale on the show side adds another distinctive touch, allowing the appearance of the knife to be changed without interrupting the clean lines of the integral frame.
